Buena Park home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Buena Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 268 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,250 - a 2.3% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 277 homes sold in Buena Park in 2016.
