West Rogers Park home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in West Rogers Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 810 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $206,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 719 homes sold in West Rogers Park in 2016.
