Request authority to advertise the Department of Housing’s intention to enter into a negotiated sale with Swift Equity, LLC, or a related entity, for the disposition of the property located at 434-36 E. 46th Place in the 47 th/King Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to approve the sale of the property to Swift Equity, LLC, or a related entity, if no responsive alternative proposals are received.
B. 47TH/KING TIF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA (WARD 3)
Request authority to advertise the Department of Planning and Development’s intention to enter into a negotiated sale with Food Matters, LLC for the disposition of the property located at 435-447 E. 43rd Street in the 47th/King Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to approve the sale of the property to Food Matters, LLC if no responsive alternative proposals are received.
C. SOUTH CHICAGO TIF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA (WARD 10)
Request authority to acquire the property located at 3154 E. 95th Street in the South Chicago Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area.
