Near North home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Near North, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 7.7% decrease over the $452,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Near North in February 2016.
