Lakeview home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Lakeview, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $14,500 while total sales increased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,500 - a 3.7% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Lakeview in February 2016.
