Mayfair home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Mayfair, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $143,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,250 - a 34.6% decrease over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfair in February 2016, as well.
