West Loop home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in West Loop, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in West Loop in February 2016.
