Chinatown home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Chinatown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $7,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,250 - a 3% decrease over the $244,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Chinatown in February 2016.
