Little Village home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Little Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 70.3% increase over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Little Village in February 2016.
