Woodlawn home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Woodlawn, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 4.1% increase over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Woodlawn in February 2016, as well.
