Kenwood home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Kenwood, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $99,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 45.2% decrease over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in February 2016.
