Lawndale home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Lawndale, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $78,000 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 210.8% increase over the $37,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Lawndale in February 2016.
