South Shore home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in South Shore, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,500 - a 9.9% decrease over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in South Shore in February 2016.
