Bucktown home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Bucktown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $77,000 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $559,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Bucktown in March 2016.
