Lakeview home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lakeview, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $25,750 while total sales increased by 26.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $461,750 - a 5.3% decrease over the $487,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Lakeview in March 2016.
