Gold Coast home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Gold Coast, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Gold Coast in March 2016.
