Lincoln Square home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lincoln Square, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $244,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,000 - a 39.4% decrease over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincoln Square in March 2016.
