Old Town home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Old Town, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $54,250 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $306,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Old Town in March 2016.
