The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Ravenswood, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $237,000 while total sales increased by 335.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 47.7% decrease over the $497,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Ravenswood in March 2016.
