Heart of Chicago home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Heart of Chicago, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $234,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Heart of Chicago in March 2016.
