Uptown home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Uptown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $19,750 while total sales increased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 8.3% decrease over the $237,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Uptown in March 2016.
