Edgewater home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Edgewater, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 17.9% decrease over the $223,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Edgewater in March 2016.
