Oakland home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Oakland, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $57,250 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,750 - a 35.8% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oakland in March 2016.
