Lawndale home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lawndale, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 36.4% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lawndale in March 2016.
