West Loop home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in West Loop, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,500 - a 9.4% increase over the $330,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in West Loop in May 2016.
