Union Ridge home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Union Ridge, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,500 - a 2.8% decrease over the $302,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Union Ridge in May 2016.
