Ukrainian Village home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in June 2016.
