Ukrainian Village home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $43,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $539,750 - a 8.8% increase over the $496,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in August 2016.
