Ukrainian Village home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 48.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $469,000 - a 13.9% decrease over the $545,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in November 2016.
