Bridgeport home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Bridgeport, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,000 - a 1% decrease over the $356,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Bridgeport in June 2017.
