Forest Glen home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Forest Glen, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $62,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $378,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Forest Glen in July 2017, as well.
