Near North home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Near North, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $28,750 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,250 - a 8.6% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Near North in September 2017.
