The Loop home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in The Loop, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $42,000 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $352,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in The Loop in October 2017, as well.
