Scottsdale home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Scottsdale, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 14.9% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Scottsdale in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Scottsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,595, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
