South Chicago home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in South Chicago, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,500 - a 15.8% decrease over the $73,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in South Chicago in April 2018.
