The following action was taken on March 5 in the House on House bill HB3764 ("$fy20 u of i oce"): "Assigned to Appropriations-Higher Education Committee."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Gregory Harris (D-13) on Feb. 22, "makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows: General Funds $621,432,000; Other State Funds $6,116,000; Total $627,548,000," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: Carol Ammons (D-103) and La Shawn K. Ford (D-8).
