The following action was taken on March 5 in the House on House bill HB3771 ("$fy20 eiu oce"): "Assigned to Appropriations-Higher Education Committee."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Gregory Harris (D-13) on Feb. 22, "makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows: General Funds $41,424,300; Other State Funds $8,000; Total $41,432,300," according to the General Assembly website.
