There was an offender convicted of a crime involving conspiracy or aiding and abetting released on parole near Illinois zip code 60651 during the first quarter, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Chicago City Wire.

The data shows that the released offender was a woman. She was convicted in 2016 when she was 23.
