Bridgeport home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Bridgeport, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 8.6% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Bridgeport in the first quarter of 2018.
