Edison Park home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Edison Park, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Edison Park in the second quarter of 2018.
