University Village / Little Italy home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in University Village / Little Italy, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.
