On Dec. 26, 2019, Quality Land Dev Inc. sold their property at 4420 S Prairie Ave., Chicago to Campus Const Co. for $120,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,675.87, 1.4% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Feb. 17, 2005 for $340,000.

In December 2019, 30 properties sold in Bronzeville.
