River West home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in River West, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $472,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in River West in the second half of 2018.
