West Loop home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in West Loop, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $357,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in West Loop in 2018.
