5.0 Semi-Annual ON TO 2050/TIP Conformity Analysis & TIP Amendment
The semi-annual ON TO 2050/TIP conformity analysis and TIP amendment 20-03 was subject to a 30-day public comment period from January 7-February 7, 2020. The Transportation Committee has recommended approval to the MPO Policy Committee.

6.0 FFY 2020 Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Funding Allocations
An overview of the FFY 2020 Federal allocations to the Service Boards and the subarea allocations of FFY 2020 FTA §5307/ §5340, §5337, §5339, and §5310 funding with northwestern Indiana and FTA §5307/§5340, §5339, and §5310 funding with southeastern Wisconsin described in the attached memo, will be presented to the committee. The MPO Policy Committee is being asked to approve of the subarea allocations between Northwestern Indiana-Northeastern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin-Northeastern Illinois, contingent on RTA Board approval on April 16, 2020. The FFY 2020 State/Regional Resources table and distributions to the service boards will be revised to reflect this action.

7.0 Local Technical Assistance (LTA) Program FY 2021 Program of Projects
Staff will present the recommended FY21 Project Group from the applications received from the 2019 joint CMAP and RTA call for projects conducted in October.

8.0 DRAFT FY 2021 CMAP Budget and Workplan
Staff will present highlights of the proposed FY 2021 Annual Budget and Workplan discussed with the CMAP Board at its March meeting. A final draft will be delivered to the CMAP Board at its April meeting. ACTION REQUESTED: Information
9.0 ON TO 2050 Plan Amendments
Based on the thresholds for regionally significant projects, two projects along I-55 in Will County need to be considered as potential amendments to ON TO 2050. CMAP staff will provide an overview of the amendment process, while IDOT staff will present on the details of the projects. Action by the MPO Policy Committee on the proposed amendments will be requested at its June 2020 meeting.
9.1 Improvements to I-55 at Airport-Lockport Road and IL 126 -- This plan
amendment involves reconstructing and reconfiguring the interchange at IL 126, constructing a new interchange at Airport-Lockport Road, and making ancillary improvements.
9.2 Improvements to I-55 from I-80 to US 52 and US 52 from River Road to Houbolt Road – This plan amendment involves expanding an interchange at IL 59 and adding lanes to I-55 along with adding lanes and making ancillary improvements to US 52.

12.0 Innovation Roundtable
Regional Climate Action Planning:The Metropolitan Mayor’s Caucus (MMC), with assistance from CMAP, is developing a regional climate action plan compliant with the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (GCoM). MMC and CMAP staff will provide an overview of the project, including preliminary findings and potential next steps.
