Advocate Trinity Hospital issued the following announcement on April 17.
As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we are committed to keeping our heroes – our doctors, nurses and team members – safe. As you know, the broader health care community is at risk of running low on critical personal protective equipment (PPE) across the country. Health care workers need these essential safety items on the frontline of this pandemic to effectively provide care. We are currently accepting the following items:
• Hand sanitizer – Personal sized hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol composition) that has been unopened
• Disinfectant wipes – All brands of unopened premoistened wipes are accepted
• Unused scrubs
If you have questions or are unsure if your item qualifies please contact COVIDAAHSupplyDonations@aurora.org. Drop off items at your local Advocate Aurora Health hospital at the shipping and receiving dock.
