A. NORTH BRANCH SOUTH, GOOSE ISLAND AND NEAR NORTH TIF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS (WARD 27)
Request authority to acquire the property located at 600 to 1243 W. Division Street, 1301 N. Elston Avenue, 1210 N. North Branch Street, 1192 N. Cherry Avenue, 1162 and 1201 N. Hickory Avenue, 1111 and 1460 N. Hooker Street, 1200 N. Kingsbury Street, 1160 N. Halsted Street and1203 N. Orchard Street in the North Branch South, Goose Island and Near North Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Areas. The acquisitions are required for public way improvements associated with replacement of the Division Street bridges across the North Branch of the Chicago River and the North Branch Canal.
B. PILSEN TIF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA (WARD 25)
Request authority to advertise the Department of Planning and Development’s intention to enter into a negotiated sale with NeighborSpace for the disposition of the property known as the el Paseo Garden at 947 W. Cullerton Street in the Pilsen Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to approve the sale of the property to NeighborSpace if no responsive alternative proposals are received.
