Robert Morris University Illinois has 1,699 undergraduate students, of which 55 percent are men and 45 percent are women, and a total student body of 1,934 students. Of these students, 721 men and 345 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.
