Chicago Area Gay And Lesbian Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
This workshop covers the definition of sexual harassment, state and federal laws, governing harassment in the workplace, and the workplace policy and internal complain process for sexual harassment. Additional key learning points are identifying unacceptable workplace behavior, methods for addressing harassment if it happens and managerial responsibilities.
*A minimum of 25 participants must RSVP for the workshop to be held. Please sign up to indicate your interest. Participants will be provided a refund if the course is canceled*
