Program year 2021 (PY21) Public Improvements Application
· It is the responsibility of the Advisory and Recommendation Committees (ARCs) to review funding applications and provide feedback to staff on scoring.
· Staff has proposed changes to the PY21 Public Improvements application and scoring criteria.
· The proposed changes are intended to provide a quantitative scoring system and better reflect the priority needs and goals identified in the 2020-24 Consolidated Plan.
